The Origin

Aroma Curry was born of a dream: to share the real flavors of India with Mexico. Every spice we use is carefully sourced and imported directly from the regions that grow them — from Kashmiri saffron to Keralan cardamom.
Our recipes have been passed down for generations — refined over time but always faithful to their roots. We believe Indian food is more than a dish: it's an experience of aromas, colors, and flavors that wake every sense.
In our restaurant in Colonia Anáhuac — minutes from Polanco — we've built a space where Indian culinary culture meets Mexican warmth. A place where every visit is a culinary journey.
